You're already doing a lot. My role is to help you do the right things in the right order.. without burning out or getting stuck in reactive mode.
I blend coaching and advising
This isn't passive coaching. I'll challenge your thinking, give you language you can use in the moment, and share frameworks I've used myself or built for other teams. You'll still own the decision, but I'll help you get there faster and with less second-guessing.
We work from the ground up
Bring the messy draft. The stakeholder you're not sure how to influence. The new hire who's struggling. The team that's grown too fast. We'll dig in together, find the signal, and move forward with a plan.
I balance systems with people
Most problems in CS and GTM are rooted in one of two things.. broken systems or unclear expectations. Sometimes both. I help you build strong foundations, simplify how work gets done, and make sure your people are set up to succeed.
